Delete your Smart Pharmacy account
This public page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Smart Pharmacy account and eligible personal data. You do not need to sign in to access these instructions.
Uninstalling the Smart Pharmacy app does not delete your account. Send a deletion request using your registered account details.
Four simple steps
Use the registered email address whenever possible so our support team can verify account ownership safely.
Send your request
Email support@smartpharmacy.in with the subject “Smart Pharmacy Account Deletion Request”.
Provide registered details
Include your registered name, email address and mobile number. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN.
Complete verification
We may ask for reasonable verification to confirm that the request comes from the account owner before deleting data.
Deletion is processed
After successful verification, eligible account data is deleted or anonymized. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days.
